Ways of Working
Organizational Structure
Corca's organization is divided into functional and purpose-oriented teams. Each chapter-squad has its own mission and strategy and works toward the same goal. We focus on the growth of the team and product through healthy feedback, retrospectives, and scrum.

Career Ladder
The Corca Tech Team has the Corca Ladder — a guide on how to make an impact within Corca. Measure your current impact through the career ladder and discuss it with your manager to make a concrete plan to move to the next step.

Curricula & Study Groups
Corca actively supports curricula that help new employees adapt more quickly, and study groups that team members run autonomously — MLOps Curriculum, Data Curriculum, Lead Engineer Maker, CUDA, reinforcement learning, refactoring, and more, continuously being added!






Working Environment
Job training support
We believe the growth of team members is the growth of the whole team. We generously support any training helpful for performance and growth — external conferences, job-related training, and even subscriptions to AI tools that boost productivity.
Book support
We support the purchase of books necessary for the growth of the company and team members. You can check the book list and reviews left by team members in the Corca Library.
Buddy Program
We run a buddy program to help new members who have just joined Corca adapt. Don’t worry about your first day! We also cover the cost of buddy chats so you can talk comfortably.
Seminars for growth
We support the sustainable growth and performance of our members by running various seminars. In addition to internal seminars, we also hold externally-invited seminars to gain plenty of insight.
Horizontal organization, strong teamwork
We address everyone by the same respectful title, regardless of position. We decide project direction through healthy, free discussion. You can work with colleagues who are positively stimulating and have a lot to teach!
Flexible work hours
You can flexibly adjust your working hours with a flextime system. Co-work Time (10:30 AM – 4 PM) enables smooth communication among team members.
Active tech-stack adoption
We actively encourage and support the use of work tools needed for project progress.
Best equipment support
Choose between MacBook Pro/Air or LG Gram. We actively support all equipment needed for work, such as monitors and mechanical keyboards!
Generous meals and snacks
Koreans run on food! We provide a generous lunch allowance and the same dinner allowance for night shifts, plus plenty of snacks, so you can eat well and work comfortably.
Birthday leave
We give one day of birthday leave to celebrate each Corca member's birthday. We also hold a birthday party every month to celebrate together!
Family-event support
In happy times and sad times, Corca is with you. We provide family-event leave and support according to our regulations.
